Goat Party

Every year, one of the families in the neighborhood hosts a "Goat Party." This was the first year we were actually able to attend. It certainly was an event! They had the Texas Township fire truck there for kids to climb on, a bounce house, a belly dancer, face painting and henna, DJ w/ karaoke, a band, and a goat roasting on a spit. There was a ton of delicious food and a ton of people from the neighborhood and from school.  It was fun to catch up with some of the families we haven't seen much this summer.
