Polar Express

On Thursday, we surprised the boys by heading to Chicago earlier than usual. Grann came into town and we met the boys after school. We told them Grann had a surprise for them in Chicago but wouldn't say what it was. We checked into our hotel and then walked our way towards "the surprise." We ended at Union Station where the boys saw... The Polar Express. We had a magical train full of holiday decorations, music, cookies and hot chocolate, and a visit from Santa complete with a silver bell. Everyone had a great time!
