Summer 2024- Week 8

We crammed a lot into week 8.  We had a few appointments at the beginning of the week.  Alex had Climb Camp Wednesday through Friday.  Will had his final summer hockey game on Wednesday night.  Alex took his new baseball bat to the Texas Drive Park field and hit two home runs.  That was his first time hitting over the fence so he was very excited. They beat Mattawan 3-2 in a last second empty net goal.  Will can downtown with me on Thursday and we walked around while Alex was at camp.  Then we all went to Hop Cat for lunch and saw the white tailed squirrel on our way back to the car.  On Friday, we went to dinner with some hockey friends while the kids had pizza and hung out at our house.  On Saturday, the boys and I went to Arvesta Farms while Phil went to Nats at the Zoo. The boys ran down to “the goat party” Saturday night and on Sunday we dropped them off at camp.
