WPLL All Stars - Games 1 & 2

We were finally able to play ball last night! Unfortunately, we lost both games but the team played really well - especially in the second game against South Portage. We have at least one more game tonight - hopefully we can get a "W."

WPLL All Stars

William's All Star team was supposed to play their first game on Monday night. Unfortunately, a storm came through before game time and they cancelled the games for the night. Then we were supposed to have a make-up game last night. We made it through warm-ups and 1.5 innings before another storm blew in. They issued a 30 minute rain delay but ultimately ended up canceling. The weather looks good for our double header tonight.

Cars 3 at Capri!

The boys and I went to see Cars 3 at the Capri Drive-In with Kim, Parker, and Tanner. It was a beautiful night and the movie was great!

Growler's Game

Last night, our friends invited us to the Growler's baseball game. We had a covered patio area reserved for all of us in the outfield. They got a couple innings in before the storms came through. The rain actually made the game more fun! They broke out a slip and slide so the kids got to slide on the field and the kids had a blast jumping in all the puddles. By the time the rain ended, the stadium had cleared out so almost everyone in our group got a baseball and their hats signed.

Baseball - Blue Sharks

Last night was Alex's last night of baseball. The Blue Sharks played a great game - everyone was hitting well and we made many outs in the field. After the game, we went to the concession stand area for an end of season party with cake and trophies. It was a lot of fun being Alex's coach this year!
