Up North - Day 1

We left for our "Up North Trip 2023" around noon on Wednesday.  We dropped Winger off at Grandma’s and arrived at the cottage a little after 4.  After unpacking, we went down to the lake and decided to go for a quick boat ride before heading into town.  We had dinner at Paesano’s and the. Played pinball at Coin Slot.  

 

Summer 2023 - Week 8

Week 8 of summer was pretty quiet while the boys were at camp.  We got a lot of work done around the house: cleaned and organized the garage, power washed windows and screens, general yard work, organized storage rooms, and made a major Good Will run.  After picking Alex up from camp on Friday, we went to the opening day of the Texas Park Splash Pad.

 

Week at Wakeshma

We picked Will up from camp bright and early this morning. He and his friends had a blast - they are going to sleep well tonight!

 

Week at Bair Lake

We picked Alex up from camp today.  He had a great week full of:  swimming, rock wall, zip line, the stand, hobo breakfast, lumberjack breakfast, rocket launching, and all camp activities.  He can’t wait to go back next year!
