Holiday Fun

We went downtown after school today to visit Santa at the Radisson and to walk through Bronson Park. We also walked through a few shops on the mall and enjoyed the other downtown decorations.

 

Gingerbread Houses

Tonight was our annual gingerbread house night. It's fun to see what the boys come up with!

 

Hockey in Ann Arbor

The Broncos had a hockey tournament in Ann Arbor which included getting to play one game at Yost Arena. The boys were playing teams at a higher level. Although they didn't win, they had two games that were pretty close. They definitely "played up" and improved a lot!

 

Two Goals = MVP

Will had a great game against the Chelsea Chiefs today. He scored two goals and was awarded the belt for game MPV.

 

7th Grade Band Concert

Tonight was the 7th and 8th Grade Holiday Band Concert. It was in the high school auditorium which was fun to see. Both bands did great. We think we might get an audio recording at some point, but for now, the pictures will have to do!

2nd Dose... Done!

Alex had his second dose of the COVID vaccine yesterday. Other than a sore arm, he didn't have any side effects. The nurse told him that he would have "super human" COVID immunity (against all forms of COVID) for a few years - based on what they see in the lab.

 

Happy Hanukkah!

The boys opened their Hanukkah gifts from us on Sunday night (2022 calendars, flannel sheets, and video games) but we didn't have a chance to do dinner until tonight.
