Niagara Falls - White Water Walk

After the "Journey Behind the Falls," we took a bus to the Great Gorge to do the "White Water Walk." We took an elevator down to the base of the gorge and then walked through tunnels to the boardwalk along the river. The water is traveling at 30mph and is considered Class Six rapids. We walked the length of the boardwalk and then walked down the road to actually see the whirlpool at a bend in the river.
