COVID 19 - Shelter in Place - Day 20

What a beautiful day! Our temperatures hit 60 degrees and the sun was shining. Today was the day we were supposed to leave for Florida (Universal and Disney) for spring break. Instead, we got word from our governor that schools would remain closed for the rest of the school year. We spent a lot of time outside today: hammocks, badminton, basketball, neighborhood walk, and baseball drills. It was also one of Will's hockey teammates birthday. One of the moms had the idea to make signs and decorate our cars and do a drive-by of his house while honking and cheering. Almost everyone was able to make it and the kids enjoyed seeing each other even though it was from a distance. In the evening, I had a zoom happy hour with the Moorsbridge staff and then another with my high school friends.
