The day started off with some rain so we spent the morning inside. The boys tried out some new video games (NHL 20, and MLB The Show 20) and we had groceries delivered which needed to be wiped down before being put away. When the rain stopped, the boys tried out some of Alex's RC helicopters (they didn't work very well) while we moved some of our firewood. We had a nice spot for it under the pine trees out back but the neighborhood landscaping crew took down a lot of the lower branches since they were getting close to the trail. Now the firewood was visible from the trail so we moved it so it was less noticeable. We played badminton and Photosynthesis (board game) in the afternoon and then I planted some pansies that Wedel's had delivered for me. Then we had pizza and watched the first Harry Potter movie. We promised the boys we would watch all the movies over the next week or two since we should have been at Universal enjoying Harry Potter in person. Michigan has 14,225 recorded cases, however, the number of reported cases in a 24 hour period dipped down. On Friday, we had 1,953 new cases and on Saturday we had 1,481. Perhaps social distancing is starting to work...
