We Have a Driver

Will completed Segment 1 of Drivers' Training (24 hours of class, 6 hours of driving with an instructor, 4 hours of observation, and a written exam).  We went to the Secretary of State today and got his permit.  Now he needs to get 50 hours of driving in the next 6 months so he can take Segment 2 and his road test.
