Mother-Son Skating Party
William and I had a great time at the Mother-Son Roller Skating party. There was a great turn out... over 150 skaters. The boys enjoyed games, snacks, prizes and glow bracelets. We also had a photographer there to capture the moment. The owner of The Great Skate was in charge of selecting the best all around skater (one K-2, one 3-5). He told me William was the best, but I told him he couldn't get the trophy since I was in charge of the event and he had won it when he was in Kindergarten. So, he handed out the trophies to other boys but then pulled William aside to give him a cool Star Wars water bottle since "He was definitely the best skater out there." William was thrilled. After skating, we went out to dinner with some friends. It was a very fun day!
