COVID 19 - Shelter in Place - Day 55

Alex enjoyed his classroom meeting this morning - it was crazy hair day! After our morning meetings, we drove to Grand Rapids for a social distance lunch in the Hofmeyer's backyard. Originally, we planned to go on Friday since it would have been Grandpa's birthday, but the forecast had us move it up a day. We dropped off Mother's Day gifts and enjoyed chocolate covered bananas in honor of Grandpa's birthday on Friday. The "Stay at Home" order was extended in Michigan until May 28. There were 592 new cases reported in Michigan.
