Hobo Breakfast

When Will was at camp, they had a "hobo breakfast" one morning. They cooked bacon, eggs and toast over a coffee can/candle stove. Will really wanted to try it at home. We had some initial difficulties with our candles going out. We ended up using a couple sternos that we had in the basement and that worked pretty well for a while. The boys were able to cook about 2 slices of bacon each (cooked in small pieces) and each had some scrambled eggs. But then our flames started to go out again. William had some toast and Alex had some more bacon but by the time we moved on to pancakes we were out of patience! We are going to do some research to see if we can improve our process and will try it again!  The whole process took about 1.75 hours.  A lot of effort for very little food but we had a good time!
